Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) President Engineer Essa bin Hilal al Kuwari opened the fourth edition of Tarsheed Carnival at Kahramaa Awareness Park on Tuesday. Themed ‘Be the Change’, the annual carnival brings together government and private institutions to promote rationalisation of electricity and water use in the country.
