Amir sends congratulations to president of Portugal

DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to President of the Portuguese Republic HE Dr Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, on the occasion of his country's National Day.
