DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has led well-wishers in welcoming President of the sisterly Syrian Arab Republic HE Ahmed Al Sharaa, upon his arrival, along with the accompanying delegation, at the Amiri Terminal of Hamad International Airport on an official visit to the country.
Also present to welcome the president and the accompanying delegation were Chief of the Amiri Diwan HE Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Khulaifi, and Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Dr Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Khulaifi.
