The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani will chair Qatar’s delegation to the fifth summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA) after receiving an invitation from President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
