The newly-opened JW Marriott Marquis City Center Doha is celebrating the Holy Month of Ramadan with the launch of its Ramadan Tent Al Qasr which provides guests with the finest iftar and sohour experience.
Al Qasr Tent offers authentic hospitality in a warm and inviting ambience that celebrates the best of Arabian architectural design. The Ramadan tent offers a variety of exceptional culinary experiences during iftar and sohour, complemented by a live band during sohour.
Culinary delights at the tent include live cooking stations serving, to name a few, Qatari style whole lamb Ouzi, Italian Pasta, Lebanese saj, shawarma, sushi, Chinese dim sum, as well as delicious traditional Arabic and International favourites and lavish buffet spread. Those with a sweet tooth will want to leave room for dessert to enjoy popular treats to choose from including ice cream, oriental sweets and our new creation ‘Nitro Puff’.
Personalised corporate events up to 500 guests and groups can be booked through the hotel’s events team. In addition, guests can enjoy Ifar and Sohour at the comfort of their home with the hotel’s catering service.
Al Qasr Ramadan tent is located in Sidra Ballroom on the Ground floor. Iftar starts from sunset until 8.30pm and sohour is served from 9.30pm until 2am. The price for Iftar and Sohour buffet is QR230 per person, complimentary for kids under 6 years old and 50 percent savings for kids aged between 6 to 12 years.
