AMMAN: Minister of State for International Cooperation HE Mariam bint Ali Al Misnad has met with Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan HE Dr Jaafar Hassan and two other ministers in Amman to discuss bilateral cooperation and joint coordination.

In a post on her X account, Al Misnad said she and the Jordanian prime minister hada fruitful discussion on ways to "enhance cooperation between our two brotherly countries, and the challenges facing the region. We stressed the need to unify efforts for the good of our two peoples".

Misnad also met withMinister of Planning and International Cooperation HE Zeina Zaid Toukan in Amman.

"We reviewed the prospects of bilateral cooperation and discussed regional developments, while stressing the importance of continuing joint coordination. We also valued the efforts that resulted in the launch of the land bridge between the two countries, and we look forward to further cooperation in the future," Misnad said.

She also met with Jordan's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs HE Dr Nancy Ahmad Nimroqa.

"We exchanged views on regional challenges, and stressed the importance of working together to promote stability and sustainable development," she said.
