Islamabad At least 32 people have died and 25 more were injured during flash floods in Afghanistan’s northern province of Parwan, a local official told DPA on Monday. Furthermore, more than a hundred houses were partially or completely destroyed, while thousands of acres of land, livestock and roads have been affected, officials said. More than a hundred people are missing after floodwaters rushed through several valleys in the Sya Gird and Shinwari districts, provincial director of information and culture department Shamsulhaq Sediqi told DPA. Other provinces have also been affected by the disastrous flooding. (DPA)
