Ministry acts against retail outlet in Msheireb for selling counterfeit products on social media

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has taken action against a retail outlet in Msheireb for selling counterfeit products and goods of international brands on social media platforms.

The outlet operators were held accountable for violating Article 6 of Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection.

The violation was caught during a joint inspection carried out by MoCI and the Ministry of Interior.
