Qatar has also ranked 26th globally, with a score of 70.8 in a measure of relative well-being of a country's citizens and how effectively a country converts wealth, as depicted by income levels. In the MENA region, Qatar was followed by the UAE (28th), Kuwait (39th), Bahrain (43rd), Saudi Arabia (44th) and Oman (46).
