DOHA: The University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) has announced that its College of Health Sciences' Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Technology programme has been officially certified by the Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs (CCAPP).

UDST said that this prestigious accreditation underlines the programme's adherence to the highest standards of pharmaceutical education and training.

The CCAPP certification is another achievement for UDST reflecting its commitment to providing outstanding applied education. This accreditation ensures that graduates of the Pharmacy Technology programme are exceptionally well-prepared with cutting-edge knowledge and best practices as well as skills to deliver premier services, significantly contributing to the healthcare sector.

President of UDST Dr Salem bin Nasser Al Naemi said, "This accreditation by CCAPP is an important achievement for our College of Health Sciences and the entire UDST community. It validates the hard work and dedication of our faculty, staff, and students in maintaining the highest standards of education.
