Jude Bellingham scored one and made three as Real Madrid added gloss to their LaLiga title success by crushing Alaves 5-0 at the Bernabeu.

Vinicius Jr produced another scintillating show, the Brazilian scoring in each half to take his goals tally in the league this season to 15.

Fede Valverde and substitute Arda Guler were also on target as the Champions League finalists extended their unbeaten LaLiga run to 30 games.

The visitors had their moments with eight shots on target, but they could not get past the outstanding Thibaut Courtois in the home goal.

Alaves players formed a guard of honour before kick-off to recognise Real’s 36th LaLiga title success.

Nacho led Los Blancos out holding the trophy but there was little sign the hosts had overdone Sunday’s title celebrations, even if Courtois denied Samu in the opening 80 seconds with a smart double save.

Bellingham broke the deadlock after 10 minutes by meeting Toni Kroos’ cross with a cushioned volley that went across goal and in off the far post.

The England midfielder might have been looking for the unmarked Dani Carvajal rather than the corner of Jesus Owono’s net, but it went down as Bellingham’s 19th goal of a remarkable league campaign.

Vinicius drove at the Alaves defence to find the side netting before doubling the lead after 27 minutes.

Bellingham picked out the advancing Eduardo Camavinga and his cross was calmly converted by Vinicius from six yards.

Ianis Hagi forced Courtois into a full-length save from distance but Real extended their lead in first-half stoppage time.

Bellingham laid the ball in to Valverde’s path on the edge of the area and the Uruguayan lashed it home from an angle high inside Owono’s near post.

Alaves hope to achieve a top-half finish in the final weeks of the season and the Basque visitors refused to give in as chances kept coming.

Samu’s powerful shot was batted out by Courtois and the Belgium goalkeeper excelled himself moments later.

Sublime control from Hagi gave him a sight of goal, but Courtois got down low to turn away a shot that was arrowing low inside a post.

Real kept their foot on the gas in the final 20 minutes and Carvajal went close before Bellingham slipped through Vinicius for another high-quality finish.
