DEPUTY AMIR CHAIRS FOURTH QU BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING

The Deputy Amir His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, who is also the chairman of the Board of Trustees of Qatar University (QU), chaired the fourth meeting of QU Board of Trustees for the 2023-2024 academic year, at Qatar University on Monday. At the beginning of the meeting, the Board of Trustees reviewed the decisions and recommendations taken in the third meeting for the 2023-2024 academic year held on February 26, 2024, and then discussed the topics listed on the agenda and took appropriate decision thereon. The Board also approved a proposal for a minor in Islamic Studies at the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies. (QNA)
