DOHA: In quick response toreceiving a report, theMinistry of Environment and Climate Change (MoECC) has closed the area surrounding a crater in the Sealine area.
The ministry said it took the quick action out of itskeenness to secure visitors to the area and vehicles.
'The Sealine Unit, affiliated with the Ministry's Natural Reserves Department, is also taking the necessary measures to close the hole and completely secure the area,' MoECC said in a social media post on Saturday.
The ministry has taken swift action following a video shared on social media showing a hole covered by a plastic sheet.
