Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater met with Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia Engineer Waleed bin Abdulkarim Al Khereiji in Doha on Thursday.

They discussed relations between the two countries and the ways to support them, in addition to the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories as well as developments in Sudan.

The minister of state also met with Minister of Health and Population of Egypt Dr Khaled Abdel Ghaffar.

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance cooperation regarding the Gaza Strip, especially in the health field.

Khater voiced Qatar’s thanks to Egypt for the cooperation of the Ministry of Health and the Red Crescent in transporting wounded Palestinians for treatment in Doha.

For his part, the Egyptian expressed Egypt’s appreciation for the efforts of Qatar in treating wounded Palestinians, noting the close cooperation between the two countries regarding the Gaza Strip.

Khater also met with Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Qatar HE Neerav Patel and Ambassador of Algeria to Qatar HE Salah Attia.

During the meetings, they discussed cooperation between Qatar and each the two countries and ways to develop them.

They also discussed the developments in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories and the prospects for cooperation in the field of humanitarian aid to the Strip.
