Islamabad-based Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has unveiled Pakistan’s first fully automated public services system. The innovative system introduces essential services, now available online, including the issuance of Migration Certificates (NOC), Duplicate Result Cards, and Verification of Certificates/Result Cards.

Ensuring the highest standards of security and authenticity, the issued documents can be verified through a unique tracking ID or verification link provided on the document. There will be no need of colour prints and will be acceptable in all institutions.

Meanwhile, FBISE has clarified that no decision has been taken with regard to the implementation of the Inter-Boards Coordination Commission’s recent notification i.e. examining Islamiyat with total marks as 100 at each SSC-I and HSSC-I levels and Pakistan Studies with total marks as 100 at each SSC-II and HSSC-II from First Annual Examinations, 2025. FBISE will continue with existing scheme of studies with no change until further orders.

All Pakistani educational institutions in Qatar are affiliated to FBISE, established in 1975. The board functions under Pakistan’s Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training. Besides conducting HSSC and SSC examinations for overseas Pakistani institutions, its jurisdiction also includes institutions located in Islamabad Capital Territory, Federally Administered Northern Areas, cantonments and garrisons all over Pakistan.
