Qatar participates in forum between GCC countries and European Union on regional security

LUXEMBOURG: Qatar has participated in a high-level forum between the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the European Union on regional security, in Luxembourg.

Qatar's delegation to the forum was headed by Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani.

The forum discussed developments in the situation in the region and ways to reduce escalation and calm, especially ending the war in the Gaza Strip, developments in the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, maritime security and freedom of navigation.
