Ministry of Labour grants three-day Eid holiday for private-sector workers

DOHA: The Ministry of Labour has declared a three-day Eid Al Fitr holiday for employees in private sector enterprises governed by the Labour Law. During this holiday period, workers will receive their full wages.

In instances where work obligations necessitate employees to work during the Eid holiday, the regulations pertaining to overtime work and associated allowances, as outlined in Article 74 of the Labour Law, will be enforced.

Extending its warmest wishes, the Ministry of Labour sends greetings to all private sector workers as they observe Eid Al Fitr.
