DOHA: The Meteorological Department has forecasta day of relatively hot weather on Sunday, with scattered rain anticipated along the coast and at sea.

According to the meteorological experts, the day is expected to be accompanied by scattered clouds to partly cloudy skies, increasing the likelihood of precipitation in coastal areas. Additionally, there is a chance of scattered rain over the sea, making it crucial for maritime activities to take necessary precautions.

Winds along the coast are projected to blow from the southwest, with speeds ranging between 5 to 15 knots, occasionally reaching up to 24 knots. At sea, winds will initially be southeasterly, later shifting to northeasterly, with speeds ranging between 5 to 15 knots, and peaking at 20 knots intermittently.

Horizontal visibility along the coast and at sea is estimated to be between 4 and 8 kilometers, occasionally dropping to 3 kilometers or less due to the weather conditions.

Furthermore, wave heights are expected to range between one and two feet along the coast and between two and four feet at sea. At times, waves could surge up to 6 feet, necessitating caution for marine activities.

In Doha, the highest temperature expected is 33 degrees Celsius, indicating warm weather conditions throughout the day.

Residents and individuals engaged in maritime activities are advised to stay updated with the latest weather reports and take necessary precautions to ensure safety.

For further updates and detailed forecasts, individuals are encouraged to follow official announcements from the Meteorological Department.
