Minister of Transport and Communications HE Jassim bin Saif Ahmed al Sulaiti on Thursday met with Kuwaiti State Minister for Housing Affairs and State Minister for Services Affairs Dr Jenan Mohsen Ramadan.
The two officials discussed cooperation in the fields of transport, communications, ports and aviation and means of enhancing them.
They also discussed the potential investment opportunities available in both countries and a number of matters of common interest between the two countries.
The meeting was attended by Kuwaiti Ambassador to Qatar HE Hafiz Mohammed al Ajmi and a number of MoTC senior officials and representatives of transport and communications sectors, as well as the delegation escorting the Kuwaiti official.
The Kuwaiti minister also paid a visit to Qatar Portal Services Company (Q-Post) and was briefed on company development plans that aim to provide better services via the deployment of latest technologies in the area of postal services.
