Amir sends congratulations to president of Namibia

DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to President of the Republic of Namibia HE Dr Nangolo Mbumba on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
