DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has received the credentials of five new ambassadors to the country, at Lusail Palace.



His Highness the Amir received the credentials of HE Ashraf Khojayev, Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan; HE Muhammad Nur al-Din, Ambassador of the Republic of Kenya; HE Ajang Muik Ajang Tongbai, Ambassador of the Republic of South Sudan; HE Ahmed Tejan Fazluddin, Ambassador of the Republic of Sierra Leone, and HE Muhammad al-Amin Salman. Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.



His Highness the Amir welcomed the new ambassadors, wishing them success in their missions, and the relations between Qatar and their respective countries further development and growth.

For their part, the ambassadors conveyed to His Highness the Amir greetings of the leaders of their countries and their wishes for continued progress and prosperity to the Qatari people.

An official reception ceremony was held for the ambassadors earlier.
