DOHA: The Meteorology Department has forecasted moderate weather conditions for Sunday in its daily weather report. The day is anticipated to start with haze in some areas, gradually transitioning to moderate temperatures with partly cloudy to cloudy skies intermittently.
Offshore, similar conditions are expected with haze to mist in some spots initially, evolving into partly cloudy to cloudy skies later on, according to the report.
In terms of wind patterns, inshore regions will experience mainly northwesterly winds ranging from 5 knots to 15 knots, occasionally gusting up to 20 knots. Offshore areas will see predominantly northwesterly winds between 6 knotsand 16 knots.
Visibility is projected to be between 5 and 9 kilometers inshore, while offshore visibility may be reduced to 4 - 8km or less initially.
Sea conditions are forecasted to be relatively calm, with inshore sea states ranging from 1 to 3 feet and offshore sea states between 2 to 4 feet.
