DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has congratulated the people of Qatar on the advent of Ramadan.
"Praise be to God that we have reached the blessed month of Ramadan. I congratulate you all on its advent, and I pray to God to make it a month of mercy and forgiveness, and to accept our fasting and good deeds from us and from you," His Highness the Amir wrote on the X platform on Sunday.
