Qatar’s Al Rayyan club secured their third Gulf Handball Clubs Championship title as they prevailed over Kuwait SC 33-32 in a captivating final played at the Al Duhail Sports Hall on Tuesday. Al Rayyan’s journey to the final included a semi-final victory over Bahrain’s Al Dair, with a final score of 30-27. Kuwait SC, the champions of the previous year, had advanced to the final beating Qatar’s Al Arabi SC in the semi-final. Al Arabi claimed the third podium place overcoming Al Dair 27-23.
