As part of Qatar National Sport Day 2024, Hyatt Plaza, Qatar’s first family shopping destination, celebrated the occasion with a heartwarming and entertaining event for families.
From February 13 to 16, between 4pm and 9pm, the mall’s East wing transformed into a lively arena for the Diaper Derby Race for crawling babies and a Fun Run for kids under 10 years old.
The response from the community was overwhelming, with families eager to register their little ones for this unique and delightful experience.
The event was designed to promote a healthy lifestyle, family bonding and, most importantly, a lot of fun for the youngest members of the community.
Winners from each age group were not only rewarded with the joy of victory but also received generous giveaways and goodie bags courtesy of Hyatt Plaza’s management.
The prizes added an extra layer of excitement to an already joyous occasion, making it a memorable experience for all participants.
In alignment with Qatar National Vision 2030 and human focus towards building a healthy and prosperous society with sports, Hyatt Plaza’s efforts promote physical activities through exercises and making the right behavioural choices.
