The Overseas Filipino Investors and Entrepreneurs Movement (OFIE-M) redefined team building with an innovative approach. Held last January 26 at the DoubleTree by Hilton, this collaborative team experience marked OFIE-M’s commencement of its annual strategic planning.
The dynamic team-building initiative has not only provided the officers and Board of Directors (BOD) with the opportunity to establish lasting connections, but has also laid the foundation for a resilient team dedicated to fostering positive engagement and realizing the organisation’s goals and objectives. The programme extends its focus to encompass shared values and character development.
Beyond a traditional team-building exercise, the initiative facilitated by Dr. Alvin Abainza, Co-Founder/Director of Mind Motion Academy, not only promoted unity but also integrated a visionary leadership program, setting a new standard in organisational excellence.
