Fath Al Khair arrived at the Port of Khasab in the Sultanate of Oman on Thursday. The 16 Qatari sailors led by Captain Mohamed al Sada were accorded warm reception at the port by Omani Shura Council members, a number of officials of government departments, elders and dignitaries. A group of Omani children also raised Qatari and Omani flags in a show of strong brotherly ties between the two countries. The third edition of the traditional sea voyage is expected to leave Oman on Friday for Qatar and will reach Doha on the National Day on December 18. (TNN)
