Doha-based group charters flights to Mumbai, Nagpur to help stranded Indians get home
The Maharashtra Mandal Qatar (MMQ), a non profit socio-cultural organisation affiliated to the Indian Cultural Centre (ICC), working under the aegis of Embassy of India in Qatar, arranged chartered flights for Mumbai and Nagpur in India to send stranded people from the state of Maharashtra back home. The chartered flights, which were the first to Maharshtra, took off on Friday.

84 work sites shut for violating ban on outdoor midday work in Qatar
Work sites of 84 companies in Qatar were closed for three days for violating a ban on outdoor midday work.
The violations were detected during inspections made by the Labour Inspection Department of the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs between June 18 and July 2.
