People in small groups can start using the playgrounds in public parks as Qatar has lifted yet another COVID-19 restriction in the third phase of the rollback.
In a tweet posted on Monday, the Ministry of Municipality and Environment said the playgrounds in public parks has reopened but will admit only up to 10 people at a time. Adherence to COVID-19 precautions is a must for entry, it added.
Qatar began lifting its coronavirus restrictions under a four-phase plan starting June 15. While some public parks reopened in the first phase, the playgrounds remained closed until now.
The third phase that began on July 28, after the second phase on July 1, saw the reopening of shopping malls, gyms, salons and hairdressers at limited capacity. 
The fourth phase will start on September 1.
On July 23, Qatar announced a list of 40 low-risk countries to travel amid the coronavirus pandemic. The list was determined based on public health indicators in Qatar and the rest of the world and included Turkey, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Malta, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland, Slovenia, Belgium, the UK, Greece, Netherlands, Morocco, Algeria, Canada, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, Vietnam, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, Australia, the Greek Cypriot administration and Andorra.
According to the government, the list will be reviewed every two weeks.
