Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) on Tuesday announced operational hours during Eid Al Adha. 

Emergency Departments  
All Emergency Departments and services across HMC’s network of hospitals will operate as usual, 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week.
The Pediatric Emergency Centers will also remain open 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week for medical emergencies involving patients under the age of 14 years.

Ambulance Service
HMC’s Ambulance Service will continue to operate 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week for people requiring emergency medical assistance 

Inpatient Units
Inpatient Units across HMC’s hospital network will continue to operate 24-hours-a-day as usual. 

Nesma'ak Hamad Patient Contact Center
The Nesma'ak Hamad Patient Contact Center will be closed from Thursday 30 July until Saturday 1 August and will reopen on Sunday 2 August at 7am. If you have a scheduled appointment during or after the Eid holiday and cannot attend the appointment, please contact the Hamad Customer Service Center (Nesma’ak) on 16060 during operational hours. Any patient requiring information about clinic operating hours, their scheduled appointment, or wishing to change their appointment, can call Nesma’ak on 16060.

Urgent Consultation Service (16000)
The Urgent Consultation Service (16000) will be closed on Thursday 30 July until Saturday 1 August and will reopen Sunday 2 August from 8am to 3pm. The service will return to normal operating hours on Sunday 9 August.

Pharmacy Home Delivery Service (16000) 
The Pharmacy Home Delivery Service will be closed on Thursday 30 July until Saturday 1 August. The service will reopen Sunday 2 August from 9am to 3pm and on Sunday 9 August will resume normal operating hours.

Mental Health Helpline
The Mental Health Helpline will be closed on Thursday 30 July and resume services 8am to 3pm on Sunday 2 August. It will resume full operating hours on Sunday 9 August.
