The Municipal Control Department of the Al Shahaniya Municipality carried out 4,623 inspections in the first half of this year.
The General Oversight Section monitored and removed 78 abandoned cars from Al-Shahaniya, while the Technical Control Section issued 60 completion certificates for building new buildings, implementing 38 decisions to remove infringements on state property and 730 inspections of violations related to state property.
The Health Control Department closed nine food outlets facilities, supervising (10341) carcasses at the automatic cane, totally destroying 13 carcasses, and partially destroying 47 carcasses.
The municipality’s Services Affairs Department continued sterilization and disinfection operations in key areas and facilities such as Zakrit and Dukhan.
