Prime Minister and Minister of Interior HE Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani has confirmed that infrastructure projects for citizens’ lands are the top priorities of the country in implementation of the directives of His Highness The Amir of State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
“Today, I witnessed the signing of a number of contracts for the implementation of infrastructure projects for new and existing citizens’ lands. These projects are at the forefront of the country’s priorities in implementation of the directives of His Highness The Amir of State of Qatar,” the PM said in a tweet.
The PM further added, “It was emphasised that Ashghal must involve Qatar manufacturers in all stages of its implementation.”
On Sunday, the Prime Minister witnessed, through video conference, the signing of nine new construction contracts for roads and infrastructure development projects of citizens' lands at a total value of around QR3.6 billion to serve more than 5,111 land plots in different areas of the country.
