The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has closed Centrepoint located in Barwa City for 15 days for violating a ministerial order issued as part of efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19 in Qatar. The closure is subject to renewal, the ministry said in a tweet published on Thursday.
In March, the ministry has ordered retail outlets, including shops inside large malls and shopping centres, to remain shut.
