The Ministry of Public Health on Sunday launched a new online service that enables food exporters, importers and customs clearance companies to pay for certificates related to handling and destroying food items electronically.
To access the service, visit MoPH's official websiteand navigate to the "Ports Health & Food Control Section". Then select the "ePay for food certificates" and click on the "E-Service" button to launch the registration page, through which payments for the "Food Health and Destruction Certificates" can be made.
This service allows food importers and exporters and customs clearance companies to fill the electronic form and choose the type of the required certificate. The user will then be directed to an e-payment wall through a link that will be sent through a text message on phone or by email.
