A Qatari Amiri Air Force plane with medical aid from Qatar, including a field hospital, landed in Tozeur–Nefta International Airport in Tunisia on Saturday, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The medical aid was sent from Qatar on the directive of the Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani. It will help Tunisia fight the COVID-19 outbreak in the country.
The 10X80-metre-field hospital, provided Qatar's Ministry of Defence Affairs, has 100 beds and 20 ventilators.
