The recall was announced by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with dealers of Apple watches in Qatar — iFix Qatar, Ali bin Ali and 51 East. The recall campaign comes within the framework of the ministry’s continuous efforts to protect consumers and ensure that dealers follow up on product defects and repairs. The ministry said it would coordinate with the dealers to follow up on the maintenance and repair works and will communicate with customers to ensure that they carried out the necessary repairs.
