The event is part of the company's annual programme aimed at communicating with Qatari employees, bringing them closer to senior management, providing a forum to discuss their concerns and following-up on their development and training schemes.The objective of the event is to upgrade and raise the efficiency of Qatari employees in line with the human development pillar of the Qatar National Vision 2030 and the company's Qatarisation policy. The intent of the programme is to provide an ideal work environment, help improve the employees' skills and prepare them for future challenges. At the event, the staff asked questions on a vast range of topics and also presented their suggestions. The heads of sections and managers answered their queries and also committed to reviewing certain issues raised during the discussion.The event included a number of activities aimed at boosting the spirits of employees and motivating their creativity. To support and encourage employees to continue their efforts, 'Certificates of Appreciation' were presented to outstanding employees across all fields of work and fresh graduates.
