Madhya Pradesh: A 45-year-old man was burnt to death by three youths for filing a police complaint against one of them for molesting his daughter in Madhya Pradesh's Damoh District.
The three have been arrested, police said. Narmada Sahu resident of Hata police station, had filed a police complaint against his neighbour Sachin, 18, for allegedly harassing and molesting his 15-year-old daughter. Angered by this, Sachin and two of his friends, Rajkumar and Ramkumar, started threatening Sahu to take back the police complaint and warned of dire consequences. On Sunday, they poured kerosene on Sahu and set him on fire, police said. Police Superintendent Vivek Aggarwal said,"Sahu was taken to hospital in serious condition and died during treatment at night."Aggarwal added. (IANS)
