Q Life & Medical Insurance Company (QLM), the country's leading health & life insurer, inaugurated a VIP lounge at the Turkish Hospital on Monday.
Known as Al Safa lounge, this is the first of its kind to provide an exclusive end-to-end experience to QLM's VIP customers.
The lounge was inaugurated by Ambassador of Turkey to Qatar HE Fikret Ozer, in the presence of Ahmad M Zebeib, Senior Manager, QLM, and other senior officials of QLM and Turkish Hospital.
"We have witnessed high levels of cooperation and growth between Qatar and Turkey and QLM's latest service offering testifies this growing partnership," the envoy said after inaugurating the lounge.
With the Al Safa lounge service, all formalities and requirements of QLM's premiere customers will be attended by a hostess and as a value-added service, VIP customers will not have to wait or face any delays in the pre-approval process, thus ensuring a seamless and hassle free experience.
"This is yet another pioneering feat for QLM. As innovation is increasingly becoming an urgent necessity and not an option, we at QLM have ensured to embed this credo in all our areas of business, right from our products to our services," Zebeib said.
Turkish Hospital Chairman and CEO Dr Volcan, said,"The lounge demonstrates the deep ties we share with our medical provider QLM and also brings to the fore our common interest of promoting innovative ways of spreading healthcare and wellness."
