MES Indian School in collaboration with Aberdeen University organised an awareness programme for the students of commerce stream recently. The programme aimed to equip students with the required knowledge and skills and awareness about the courses offered in Aberdeen University.
Aberdeen University Principal Brian Buckley, along with his team of faculty members comprising Kathloum Azouz, Stephen Fettes, Sherine Tabsh, and Dr Mirza Baig, elaborated on the various courses offered at the university and the avenues available through which the students can pursue higher education. The session also focused on Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Accountancy & Finance, educational requirements for admission, course content and fee structure, career opportunities and placements.
In the question-answer session, the students clarified doubts regarding suitable choice of courses and career planning. Principal Hameeda Kadar, the heads of sections, counsellors and teachers also attended the session.
