IN the framework of enhancing communication and interaction with expatriate communities in Qatar, the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Interior (MoI) in association with the Exit Permit Grievances Committee will be conducting the second induction seminar on the functions of the committee on Tuesday.
The seminar, which targets Yemeni, Sudanese, Egyptian, Lebanese, Syrian, Nepalese, Pakistani, Filipino, Malaysian and Indonesian communities in Qatar, will be held at 6pm at the Officers' Club of General Directorate of Civil Defense headquarters in Bin Omran area.
The head of Exit Permit Grievances Committee along with officers from the Human Rights and Search and Follow Up departments of the MoI as well as representatives of the National Human Rights Committee and Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs will attend the seminar.
During the seminar, the communities' representatives will be given a chance to clarify doubts related to the services of the participating departments in the seminar.
The MoI has invited one representative from each of the community organisations mentioned above and urged them to ensure their representation in the seminar by registering through the link: 'https://goo.gl/forms/mS3RzAYHNbAWI4Li1' before 10am on Tuesday.

The seminar will also be held for representatives of companies on October 3 and 10, 2017, at the Conference Hall of the General Directorate of Traffic in Madinah Khalifa area at 9am.
