The Emir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani returned to Doha on Sunday evening to a hero’s welcome after his historic speech at the UN General Assembly in New York and a successful tour of several nations. Thousands of citizens and residents gathered along the Corniche to celebrate HH the Emir’s return to homeland. Earlier, a number of Their Highnesses, including the Deputy Emir, and Their Excellencies received HH the Emir at the Doha International Airport.
