Qatar Society For Rehabilitation of Special Needs (QSRSN ) issued the 34th edition of 'Al Hayat', a cultural, social and educational magazine dealing with persons with disabilities, their families and workers in this sector. The latest edition of 'Al Hayat' features a number of articles from a group of writers, public figures and those interested in the topic of disability. It also covers important events in Qatar, including the celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities and the Fifth Forum for the Integration and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities.
The annual exhibition of QSRSN and Arab Deaf Week are also featured in 'Al Hayat'.
In addition, the magazine carries a number of short stories from Qatari writers and success stories of persons with disabilities in arts, sports and social sectors.
A number of pages have been dedicated to specific disabilities and ways to deal with them, as well as the mechanism of involving people with disabilities in the education sector, and the physiological aspects of overcoming issues related to disability.
The magazine has follow-up stories on 34 different activities, seminars, workshops and lectures organised by QSRSN, as well as activities of other associations and institutions working in the field.
