New York The Emir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani has sent a written message to the United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres. The message was handed over by Attorney General HE Dr Ali bin Fetais al Marri during his meeting with the UN chief. The talks during the meeting dealt with a number of issues of common concern.
