Pakistan International School, Qatar (PISQ) showed promising results in Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) SSC-I Annual Examination 2017. Mohammad Affan Farooq stood first in the school in Science scoring 493 marks out of the total of 520. The second position was secured by Eiman Amir Latif with 492 marks and the third position was claimed by Sumaiya Rizwan with 491marks.
In Humanities, Muskan Noor bagged the first position scoring 427 marks out of the total of 530. Sara and Salwa Munir secured second and third position scoring 426 and 402 respectively.
A total 162 students took the examination with a pass ratio of 87 percent. Forty seven students got A1 grade and 31 got A.
PISQ Principal Nargis Raza Otho congratulated the students, their parents, and teachers. She said that PISQ's academic progress is soaring and, gradually, the school will show a solid academic result. Pakistani Ambassador to Qatar HE Shahzad Ahmad also extended his warm wishes to the students, teachers and parents saying that academic success is a matter of collective efforts. He also wished the students good luck.
