The Emir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani and Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) Fatou Bensouda reviewed the aftermath of the GCC crisis and the violations of international accords and human rights committed by the four countries that have imposed a blockade on Qatar, at the Al Bahr Palace on Sunday.
The ICC chief prosecutor praised Qatar's mature way of handling the crisis.
They also discussed cooperation between Qatar and the ICC.
Earlier in the day, Foreign Minister HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al Thani and Bensouda discussed the illegal anti-Qatar steps taken by Saudi Arabia and three other Arab states. Bensouda expressed regret over the human rights violations committed by the quartet.
