Following last year's success of the Fawanees tent, Hilton Doha is transforming Nashira ballroom once again into a breath-taking venue to greet guests in an oriental Ramadan set-up for an enchanting experience that will leave a lasting impression and bring fond Ramadan memories to its patrons.
Starting May 26, 2017 the hotel's Arabic culinary team of Mawasem restaurant will whip up an Iftar and Sohour buffet spread of almost 100 oriental and international dishes that will appeal to various taste buds such as Chicken Tagine, Kebbeh Bil Laban, Ouzi with Rice, and signature Polynesian dishes from Trader Vic's.
This in addition to local favourites such as Lamb Harees, and Chicken Marqouka; healthy options such as Prawn and Pineapple Salad with Cocktail Sauce, Three Bean Salads with Fried Beef Strips, and Honey roasted Chicken Salad; and a desserts' station with a special Turkish Ice-cream stall.
Adding to this flavourful journey, the tent will also give guests a chance to interact with chefs showcasing their culinary flair at 14 live cooking stations featuring a variety of delicious options including shwarma, sushi, Italian pasta, and Asian food.
For an even more exciting experience, raffle draws will be held on a daily and weekly basis offering the guests a chance to win a round trip ticket to any destination from Qatar Airways, and items of premium brands from Qatar Optics.
