PM unveils main building of Kahramaa Awareness Park

Prime Minister and Minister of Interior HE Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al Thani inaugurated the main building of Kahramaa Awareness Park (KAP) during the fifth anniversary of National Program for Conservation and Energy Efficiency (Tarsheed) in Doha on Monday.
Minister of Energy and Industry HE Dr Mohamed bin Saleh al Sada said Tarsheed succeeded in reducing the per capita consumption of electricity and water by 18 percent and 20 percent respectively until 2016
Kahramaa President Eng. Essa bin Hilal al Kuwari announced the commencement of the second phase Tarsheed (2017-2022).
"During these years, Tarsheed will strive to reduce the per capita consumption of electricity and water by 8 percent and 15 percent respectively," he said.
