Students of MES Indian School from Classes I to XII excelled in the International Informatics Olympiad (IIO) conducted by Computer Literacy Foundation, New Delhi. 223 Students from Classes I to XII participated in the examination and excelled by winning 12 gold, 12 silver and 12 bronze medals. 23 students qualified for the second stage of the examination, which is a remarkable achievement for the school.
Sidra Maryam (I G), Hamza Munaf (II I), Aqueel Ahmed (III J), Fadil Muhammed (IV G), Nithija Sri Saravana (V L), Kevin Roy (VI Ai), Ridha Abdul Rasak (VII M), Rishaan Jacob (VIII H), Deep Chandra (IX H), Astra Julia Pinto(X R), Hameel Babu Rasheed (XI C), and Aaron Kurian (XII C) were the recipients of gold medals for the year 2016-2017.
