The Next Generation School (TNG), in collaboration with Z-Adventures, organised its 2nd Marathon at Qatar Foundation, Oxygen Park to promote health and fitness. Z-Adventures is an international adventure-travel company owned and operated by Ziyad Rahim - a Pakistani adventure-runner who holds 10 Guinness World Records in long-distance running; the most by any runner in the world. He is also the only person in the world to complete a half, full and ultra-marathon in all 7 continents.
The mini-marathon was held successfully in the presence of
Pakastani Embassy Military Attache Irfan Taj, who was the chief guest of the function.
The winners included Carlo Barrios from TNG Wakra, Khaled Ahmed from TNG Ain Khalid and Osama Hafiz Shaikh from Nuaija, Aroob Muhammad Ali from TNG Nuaija got the first place, Sameen Asim from TNG Ain Khalid the 2nd place and Hafsa Sajid from TNG Nuaija won the 3rd place.
Winners were awarded medals by Irfan Taj.
